You know you should be using Claude.
We come in and get it done.

Most businesses use Claude like a fancy search bar. We set it up so it actually runs alongside you. Trained on your business, plugged into your tools, doing the boring 60 percent of the work that’s eating your week.

What done feels like

Off the to-do list. Into your business.

You’ve seen what Claude can do. You know there’s a stack of time and money sitting in there for your business. You just haven’t had the hours to sift through what’s actually useful, build the bits you need, and figure out how to get your team using it.

So it sits on the to-do list. Quarter after quarter. Meanwhile your competitors are slowly catching on.

We come in and get it done. One day, or two half days, depending on the shape of your business. By the time we leave, Claude knows your business, your voice, your tools and your workflows. You stop reading articles about AI and start using it to get five times the work done in the same time.

The hours you used to lose on repetitive admin go back into the work that actually grows the business. Customer service. Relationships. The human stuff competitors can’t automate.

This is what done looks like.

How this works best

Claude doesn’t replace you.
It replaces the boring 60 percent.

You need one person running the show. The business owner, or someone smart on your team. They direct Claude, hold the standard, and approve what goes out. Claude does the boring 60 percent in between.

That’s the version that actually works. Set-and-forget AI sounds great in a LinkedIn post, but the businesses getting real value out of Claude all have a smart human conducting. You pick the score. You set the tempo. You decide when it’s good enough.

Then Claude does the work of five people in the same hours.

What you actually get

One proper Claude setup. Everything your business needs in it.

Done in person, around your business, by Mat. Not a course. Not a template. Built for you, on the day.

A pre-day prep pack

Sent a week before. A short list of what to have ready — brand assets, logins, examples — so we hit the ground running on the day.

Claude Cowork

Claude trained on your business. Workspace, projects, brand voice, custom instructions, memory and preferences. The bit that makes Claude actually know who you are.

Claude Design

Your full design system loaded into Claude. Brand colours, fonts, logos, references. So everything Claude produces, from a social tile to a one-pager, comes out on-brand.

Custom skills for the work that eats your week

Built around your actual workflows. Usually 5 to 7 skills, picked from the discovery interviews. Examples below.

Connectors to your real tools

Gmail, calendar, drive, your accounting software, your CRM, your project board. So Claude can see what you see and act on it.

SOPs translated into Claude

The procedures you’ve already documented, and the ones that live in your head, turned into Claude workflows that handle them end to end.

One-on-one training

Mat walks you through every skill, every workflow, in plain English. By the end you actually know how to use what was built.

A quick reference guide

A short doc you can keep open while you work, so you’re not relying on memory after Mat leaves.

30 days of email support

Questions, tweaks, "how do I get Claude to do X". Sorted.

A follow-up Zoom one week later

An hour with Mat seven days after we wrap. Close any loops, troubleshoot what’s not landing, and answer the questions you only think of once you’ve started using it.

In practice

What your business actually uses it for.

Once Claude’s set up properly, the use cases multiply fast. A few that come up across most clients:

  • Creating social media content that sounds like you, on-brand, in minutes
  • Building marketing plans and collateral without staring at a blank page
  • Running the boring middle of your business admin and operations
  • Following up on customer inquiries without losing the personal touch
  • Weekly reporting from your accounting software, drafted in seconds
  • Drafting briefs, proposals, sales emails, the lot — in your voice
Two ways to do it

Same setup. Same price. You pick the day.

Option A

Full Day Onsite

Mat in your office, 10 to 4. Morning is interviews and discovery, working out what eats your time and where Claude can take work off your plate. Afternoon is build and train. By the time he leaves, your Claude is set up and you know how to use it.

Best for: solo operators and small teams who can clear the diary and want it done in one go.

Option B

Two Half Days

Day one onsite for discovery. Mat goes away, builds your skills and design system over the next week or so, then comes back for day two to install everything and train you on it.

Best for: businesses with more moving parts, multiple workflows to map, or where one day onsite is too much in one hit.

Mat comes to your office, your kitchen bench if you’re a solo operator, or a co-working space in Sydney or the Central Coast if you’d rather work somewhere neutral. Not sure which option suits? Book the call and he’ll recommend based on the size of your business and what you want set up.

Why us

We use it every day. So we know how to set it up.

Tower Tech runs on Claude. Tina Tower runs Her Empire Builder on Claude. We’ve built the systems, broken them, rebuilt them and refined them on real businesses with real customers.

That’s the difference between someone selling you a Claude setup and someone who’s actually living it.

FAQ

Honest answers.

Full day onsite or two half days? Which one should I pick?

Full day is best for solo operators and small teams who can clear the diary and want it done in one hit. Two half days suits businesses where the build needs more depth, you’ve got more leaders to interview, or you can’t spare a whole day in one go. If you’re not sure, book the call and Mat will recommend.

Do I need a Claude subscription before we start?

Yes. Claude Pro at minimum, Claude Max recommended. We’ll talk through which one suits in the strategy call.

What if I’m completely new to Claude?

Most clients are. That’s the whole point of the setup. You come out of it with Claude tailored to your business and the training to actually use it.

Can you really build skills for the specific work I do?

Yes. That’s the whole engagement. We map your repeatable workflows in the discovery interviews, then Mat builds Claude skills that handle them.

Do you travel outside Sydney and the Central Coast?

Yes. Mat regularly does onsite setups across Australia. Travel and accommodation costs are added to the quote up front, never tacked on later. For interstate jobs we run it as the full day in one block so there’s only one trip.

What do I need to have ready before the day?

We send you a short prep pack about a week before. It covers what to have ready: your brand assets and design references, logins for the tools we’re connecting, and a few examples of your favourite emails, decks and social posts. Nothing intense. The heavy lifting happens on the day.

How is this different from just using ChatGPT?

Claude has stronger context handling, better writing quality, native skills and the MCP integration with tools like your calendar, drive and accounting software. For business owners, the gap is significant. We use both. Claude is what we set up.

What if my business is bigger than a small team?

For 5+ person teams with multiple leaders, the Corporate Setup is the right fit. Same idea, scoped for bigger businesses with role-specific skills built for each leader. See the link further down the page.

For teams

Got a team of five or more? There’s a bigger version of this.

The Business Setup above is built for solo operators and small businesses. If you’re running a team and want Claude wired into how the whole company works (with custom skills for each leader, full onsite setup, and training across the org), that’s a different conversation.
