What time zone do you work in?
AEST/AEDT. We schedule calls in your time zone and most async work happens on a 24-hour turnaround.
How quickly can I get started?
For builds, kickoff is usually within 2 weeks of payment. Claude setups within 7.
Do you offer refunds?
Audits and digital deliverables are non-refundable once started. For builds, we offer a 7-day window after the strategy call to step out for a refund minus the strategy session fee.
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes. Builds over $3,000 can be split into 2 or 3 monthly payments. Email us to set it up.
Where does Mat Tower provide on-site AI automation services?
Mat Tower works on-site directly in your office across Sydney, the Central Coast and Newcastle. For clients outside these regions, travel arrangements can be built transparently into the project scope.
