Where are you based?
Sydney, Australia. We work with clients across Australia, the US, the UK, Europe and Asia.
What time zone do you work in?
AEST/AEDT. We schedule calls in your time zone and most async work happens on a 24-hour turnaround.
How quickly can I get started?
For builds, kickoff is usually within 2 weeks of payment. Rescue Calls within 5 business days. Claude setups within 7. VIP Days are booked on dates you choose.
Do you offer refunds?
Audits, Rescue Calls and digital deliverables are non-refundable once started. For builds, we offer a 7-day window after the strategy call to step out for a refund minus the strategy session fee. Care Plan is cancel-anytime with 30 days notice.
Do you accept payment plans?
Yes. Builds over $3,000 can be split into 2 or 3 monthly payments. Email us to set it up.
