What counts as 'one issue' on a Rescue Call?
One discrete problem. 'My checkout isn't firing' is one issue. 'I want to rebuild three pages and migrate my email list' is a VIP Day.
What if my issue takes longer than an hour?
If we hit the time limit, we'll quote you for finishing it off. Often that means a VIP Day or a small project.
Do Care Plan hours roll over?
Yes, one month at a time. So you could save October’s hours to use in November. Anything older than that doesn’t carry.
Can I move between Care Plan tiers?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time with 30 days notice. We’ll prorate the next billing cycle.
Can I use a VIP Day or Rescue Call on Claude setup or Deadline Funnel work?
Yes. Anything we do at Tower Tech is fair game.
